I am using the OWA solution currently to get the work mail via BIS. I recently updated and didn't back-up, to make a long story short, I was missing current work emails. I deleted the account, and went to my Outlook email and selected the entire inbox as unread. Then proceeded to re-add the email. However it wouldn't sync anything previous. Is there a way to reconcile.
