I just got the 8900 days ago and i can't seem to sync my contacts with Outlook. I've set up synchronization with outlook but when i click sync, the loading window pops up for a second and disappears. I am now running .133 and dm 4.7. Any help would be great.
Hmmmm I was able to sync with Outlook just now and I am running .133 and DM 4.6. I would suggest going into you synchronization settings and then only updating one item at a time in there so you can isolate the issue instead of running multiple synchronization items at once. You might also want to try viewing the log to see if there is any helpful information in there.
I only set up the address book to sync, i even reset the settings a few times and tried again... it's on 2 way sync. The log is blank, i can't even click on the button.
I just got my storm and can't figure out how to even get it to see my Outlook. I have Outlook 2000 (yes I know) I believe and I have no idea how to get the two talking. I have hundreds of names in Outlook so how do I get it to load onto my Storm. How do I know if I have the software loaded right?
