Have you ever installed the disc that came with your phone? If so, plug in your phone, click on App Loader, go through all the apps you want to add back on and select them, then select Finish. They'll be added once the loading bar is done.

So when I used used loader.exe to update os and it wiped those apps out that's how u add them back??

Go to the Application Loader in BlackBerry Desktop Manager to install them from there.
