Hello,

On my gf's 8520 the option to delete pictures inside the album has disappeared from the menu listing. I did a battery pull and it still doesn't work. She said it was there before but now it isn't there anymore. I found it bizzare. The OS she's using is the one that it came with when first purchased.

Solutions?

Are these personal pictures, or preloaded pictures???

You can only delete your own personal pictures from the pictures folders.

The sample (or preloaded) pictures are locked and you can't delete them.

There is a way to delete the preloaded pics in the JAVA folder...I'm not sure what .cod file, but I think its in media. There was a great post on this for the older 83xx berries

Use the Media icon... then select Pictures, All Pictures, select the picture you want to delete, Menu, Delete.
