I bought the BB today and at first, all of my emails were receiving email instantly. Now, one isn't. What can I check to fix this. I have done very very little (nothing email related in particular) to the phone since buying it this morning.
You might want to resend your service books. You can do that clicking on the icon that says "personal email setup". It should take you to blackberry's internet service. Log in with your user name and password; select services and than send service books. You should than receive an email in all email boxes letting you know that you should start receiving your emails in 20 minutes. If that doesn't work, than you might want to try and input you password again on that particular email.
