Has anyone else had this problem?: BBM sometimes crashes and you can't access it (not even with the side bbm button). All other apps work fine but I can't access BBM when this happens. I keep having to take my battery out and putting it back in to reset the phone to fix the problem. I've only ever had this problem with OS 7.1.0.714 from Virgin Mobile France and the new 7.1.0.746 from XL Indonesia. It didn't used to happen with previous OS releases. Many thanks

This 714 has been the best os for my 9320 so far. The battery life is great and it is as quick as it will ever get.

I haven't had any bbm issues and, until you mentioned it, forgot all about the bbm button

What's better about 7.1.0.714 than the latest 7.1.0.746?

i don't know. I've had so much trouble with this 9320 that it is now running supper smooth i don't want to mess it up.

i had my 9700 running "perfect" and decided to go better and get the latest and greatest OS. i never could get it back to the way it was before. Lesson learned.

i like the way 714 runs. i'll be staying here. lol

I did this update last night, via Blackberry Desktop software, no 3rd party tools.

I did a manual full backup before updating, and the update process did another one at the beginind. I thought my data would be safe that way, but while apps were reinstalled by the update, all logins (is this normal?) and most importantly all contacts were lost. I manually applied the backup to try to get the contacts, but got not a single one.

BB Protect did solve most of it tho.

Did not find any relevant change yet, except that now a "device analyser" appears at app world's my app's list.
