    Hi all I have a Blackberry 8520 curve on o2 UK network. Does anyone know how to configure the internet for it to work with the o2 network as I cannot find the settings anywhere?

    It has nothing to do with your device settings.

    Your carrier offers a BlackBerry Plan that must be in place for your Email, Messenger and Internet to work.

    The same applies to MMS messages, but it is not BlackBerry specific.

    If it does not work after you have refreshed your service book, the odds are good your plan in not configured correctly.

    Call your carriers support service for further assistance.

    hi, thanks for the above, i have been told by o2 that blackberry havent given them the setting and i can find them the blackberry web site, but no joy!!

    is it better to find someone else who does support my blackberry?
