    I am a Rogers customer.

    BB 8310. 35 dollar BB data plan, with 500 Megs, voice mail, text, blah blah



    Last night i changed my phone number, over the phone with Rogers. Now i now longer have "capitalized" EDGE, nor can i use BBM, any data services, or anything beyond basic phone functions.

    Its like the BB part of my phone, isnt keyed to this new number, and yet a check of my account settings says it is.

    First, try a Battery Pull and if that doesn't do anything for you, call your carrier and ask them to reprovision your phone.
