    For some reason I'm not getting any audible alerts when I get email. I updated the profile so that alerts aren't muted, and alerts for SMS, MMS, IM, etc, all work fine. I've checked and rechecked my profiles, but nothing.

    Any ideas?

    have you tried a battery pull?

    also ... if you use an MP3 is the file still there?

    do you have it set for vibrate, vib + tone, or tone?

    have you tried other profiles?

    OMG, I looked right past that, it was set to none instead of tone. I can't believe I missed that, LOL! Thanks!
