My sister sent me pix from disney....they would work every other day. Literally, every other day. Sent from the same phone....what gives?

Some would come right through, some I had to "retrieve now" and others just plain didn't work.

Go to the message and put the pointer on the text of the message. Than go to the options and click previous slide or next slide hope this helps

The text portion of the MMS seams to working fine on mine, but the videos won't play. I get a message "content was removed because your handset cannot display it. Please go to your web account to view the full message."

Is anyone else getting this message?

I have stopped receivings pics of any type or size. Have tried all of the above suggestions with no success. Guess it's time to email Hesse.

I have a family plan with sprint with 5 phones 4 are 8530 and 1 8330 on one of the 8530 they can't retrieve the mms pic today but have been getting them previously? Does a setting need fixed or something thanks a bunch for your help.

Well Casper43 I really am having this same problem, I have a 8350 OS 4.6.1 and everything else with the phone works great. The other day though I get a text with a photo and it tells me I cannot retrieve it. Clicked bb button and clicked retrieve now still no picture. Reading this thread I just went to mms options and checked and it is set to always.

Any ideas on how I can fix this problem? Without upgrading the OS, I hope that's not the problem.
