I searched the site and didn't find anything similar, if there is I apologize.
Most times, after I make or receive calls, my BB will be really slow. I will go into my browser and my pages will take forever to load if they load at all. Sometimes I will receive an error saying that it was unable to connect to the server, no matter which website I go to. I then do a soft reset and the BB will be working just fine no problem. What could cause this? And how can I fix it? Is it user error?

Are you leaving the apps running and going back to them. Press your alt key and the back button and see what apps you have running. If you close your browser it will still come back to your last page.
Nope all the apps are closed I made sure. I would close everything out including the browser and then reopen the browser and it is still super slow but only after calls...
