    I really want to personalize my phone. Been keeping it BONE STOCK for a long time and it's definitely time for change.

    I currently don't have internet for my phone. Is it worth it?

    If anyone could help, I have a image I'd like as a wallpaper/theme but I'm pretty dumb when it gets to photo editing and all that.

    I can't post images or links due to LOW post count. PM if you can help.

    Internet is always worth it. As far as making a picture you have on your device a wallpaper if that's what you are asking just go to media>pictures. Select the pic you want and select menu>set as home screen image.
