    quick question, i have a blackberry curve 8900; it shows that im connected to the mobile network, but when im trying to connect with the browser for example it tells me i cant connect, meaning also i cant receive emails or use blackberry messenger,...
    any ideas what i can do about it?

    Do you have a BB data plan so you can use the mobile network for your apps? Is this a new phone or have you been able to use data services in the past and this just started happening? try a battery pull and see if that helps.

    its not so new anymore, i was able to do evertything, it all started like 3 days ago.. yes i have a data plan..

    Log onto your provider's website (looks like you have Base), and resend your Service Books.

    Exactly... I assumed you were posting this question from a PC, not your Blackberry, so just use that to login and resend your Service Books.
