    My BB desktop manager is not pulling the entries that I have made in my BB 8330 to my pc outlook 2003. Very annoying! Any suggestions?

    Desktop is version 6.0.0.43

    This problem has been ongoing for some time. Today, I did a reconfigure on the desktop with no result. It is set for two way sync.

    Does it give you an error message? Or does it go through the motions but acts like it doesn't see any updates? You may need to backup your pst file for outlook and redo all the settings (create a new profile).

    No error message. It just happily ignores any calendar info I have entered in the BB device and does not sync it into the desktop.
