- In reality what is better, a simply everything plan ($100) or the Boost unlimited ($50)
Please explain.
Boost seems like a sweet deal but is it exactly the same for half the price?
At this point I'm considering going to boost but want to know if its better. Thanks

- I asked the same question back in the day and the guy @ Sprint (granted it was a salesman) told me the biggest drawback of Boost is that you don't "own" your number because it's pre-paid and no contracts, so, theoretically (not realistically), they could change either your phone number or DC # at any time without notice....Just my $0.02 which may/may not be right, I've been with Nextel since 2004 and been loving it the whole time.08-12-09 09:53 AMLike 0
- Many of us rely on the data services RIM gives us. Push email, reliable push email, is worth what I pay. Also having tech support available for issues is worth my money. Not having to dink around whenever service books get changed is worth my money.
If I'm on the road, depending on my phone to function and it isn't because I need to do some new tweak to it, it's worthless to me.
For those of you who just like gadgets and texts, Boost is the way to go.
For me, the reliability of Nextel and Rims services makes it worth my while.08-12-09 11:24 AMLike 0 - I asked the same question back in the day and the guy @ Sprint (granted it was a salesman) told me the biggest drawback of Boost is that you don't "own" your number because it's pre-paid and no contracts, so, theoretically (not realistically), they could change either your phone number or DC # at any time without notice....Just my $0.02 which may/may not be right, I've been with Nextel since 2004 and been loving it the whole time.08-12-09 12:08 PMLike 0

How would a boost user go on about receiving service books?
