As Casper said do not call you will get answers here quicker than by attempting to call Sprint.
They are working to correct the issue and will have us all back up and running quickly. We all need to have some patients. I know we all want out BB to work as it should but as with any technology you will experience issues. Some are easy to fix while others require a considerable amount of time. I am sure those that have had a PC problem can relate. Remember the BB in your hand is a computer and it talks with other computers in order to function.

yeah, considering I have the everything plan (which I pay a good amount for), I'd like to be able to use EVERYTHING
Thanks to Casper, ibbeach0 et al for talking some of us off ledges, and passing on info as it becomes available. Now if there could be an app for patience!
Best,

I thought that my earlier post needed a slight revision.
I'm in Upstate NY Using Boost Mobile and still cannot get texts! I can send out texts and ppl receive them, but I cannot retrieve texts. At about noon or 1 I started getting a new msg with the "could not be retrieved" in the msg body where the text should be it now says ***Not Retrieved Yet*** Estimated download size 1k. Expires Sep16, 2009
Since they say it it is RIMs problem, does anybody know if I will get texts if I put my sim back into into my Motorola Clutch? I don't want to have reinstall my service books in my BB to take the sim out and try if texting won't work on my Clutch either.
