So far only one negative issue noticed: in Opera Mini 5 track-pad is unbearably too sensitive. It was a bit of an issue with previous versions as well, but not to this extent. I guess it's more of an Opera problem than BB. Anyone else having a similar issue?

P.S. It seems as though this is only a side-effect of an overall improvement in track pad navigation. In every other application and in OS menus it seems to be working much better. No problems browsing with bolt either. And yeah, full res picture browser is a welcome return

Noob question: what is "Today Preview"? Is it a feature in the Calendar app?

I don't want to take this thread too far off topic but I call "Today Preview" when you highlight either the Messages, Calendar & now SMS icons on the Home Screen & information about their contents display. Search for any of my themes in the 8520/8530 forum. They all have it.

The last time I asked I was told to email [email protected] (I THINK this is the e-mail.) I think I was lucky last time getting it stickied right away. Hopefully they can do it soon. I just got done upgrading and restoring my device. Excited to see how it runs.
I also think that if/when a moderator makes this thread "Sticky", they'll clean it up including the title. They did it for me when I found the last update, without me having to ask (.508).

Okay, as I said before, my signal bounce issues are fixed. The sound profiles are also working as they should be. Seems slightly faster all around than the .508.

yeah, browsing on the Opera Mini, does suck in some ways, because the trackpad is slow, and you can't really zoom in/out, but it's cool that you can do tabbed browsing (but that will KILL your battery fast), but using it, things do load up ALOT faster and once you get used to it, it's easy to navigate lol, but the mouse issue is annoying.

Don't use opera to know lol. I did notice they changed the waiting icon to a blue xp hourglass. No issues so far, a little lagging when you go to media, but I suppose its cuz my sd card is always full.

Hm, I removed Vendor.xml but neither loader.exe or the DM are showing anything for me to upgrade to...

    Edit-
    Sorry, somehow I had 2 Vendor.xml files that we're revealed by a quick search. I guess 64bit Win7 is different from 32bit.

Issue with the track pad is that it moves WAY too fast with opera, bolt's nice, but opera made it easier to read web pages.

I'm finding surfing with the default Browser slowed down enough to bug me. Reboot time seems longer also. I reboot a lot because of theme creating.

Confirmed?.....the only reason Im asking is because it sux updating your blackberry's OS....it takes like 40 min and you have to re-register all your apps

On my bb, yes, but I can't speak for all of them. As far as reregistering your apps, I never had that problem, the backup within the loader normally takes care of that

It only took about 10 minutes on mine, skippy. And for me it was definitely worth the time. I just let it install while I washed dishes. Came back and it was done!
