    Installation instructions.

    Step 1: Download desired OS to your PC.
    Step 2: Install and complete the setup process to have the OS installed.
    Step 3: Remember to delete vendor.xml file if your carrier the OS is not from your carrier.
    Step 4: Do a comprehensive backup in case anything goes wrong.
    Step 5: Connect Bold to PC and click on the Loader and let the process initiate. Loader can be found in the same folder as the vendor.xml file.
    Step 6: Do not unplug the Bold during the process. Process may take around 30-60 minutes to complete.

    its gonna be a long night tonight coz the bold has an official release update.

    gonna be wiping both of the devices and restoring them!

    i dont like upgrading coz it doesnt run as good as a clean wipe.

    @lisablue..... stay at leak beta.. in this official version is nothing new untill now.... few changes only... lock up is now * and mute (button above)... still bug in today screen with german language.... but seems a bit faster now...???

    DM wipes the device before it installs the new OS. Then it reinstalls your apps and databases after it reboots with clean, new OS. To me the database and OTA app restoration is a big plus for using DM to upgrade.

    DM doesnt do as good as a job as BBSAK. i dont think DM does a full wipe of the OS, think it upgrades if from the current version. dont like upgrading. like to start from scratch. to me it runs better.
