Try uninstalling DM 4.7 and the OS, restarting and installing DM 4.6 and then the OS and try updating again.
why don;t you just NOT open DM .. And just use the Apploader to upgrade your OS .. Very simple to use

AppLoader is not working for some of us...so I will try this solution. I removed all of the DM's I had on my computer and the old OS's and will do a fresh install as directed.

Is anyone have problems with Youmail after you upgraded to 4.5.0.161? I have dl Youmail from BB App World and I get a connection problem when signing on. I have also tried dl directly from Youmail and get the same issue.

DM 4.6 seems to be the problem this time and the first time I upgraded.
I had this issue the first time I upgraded and I had to keep both 4.5 and 4.6 on my computer...

I seem to be only able to upgrade using 4.5....strange?

What's faster? Is it the internet or the os snappiness? I'm considering updating my os from .124

Here's the biggest improvement I've noticed, I'm able to use Tetherberry almost unlimited. Back on .124, I could only go 15 minutes or so with out it dropping off. Now I can go for hours remaining connected.

From the main screen you can also do Alt + EACE That will give you all the information you could ever need.

OK...been running .161 for a few days now...I had been plagued with performance issues for months....161 seems to have a major positive impact on performance! Anybody else seeing the same thing?

This version is definitely a huge improvement!

My Curve seems much faster and haven't seen an hourglass once since the upgrade. The memory seems very stable as well, I have yet to even see any kind of a memory leak at all.

I also noticed that the Wi-Fi and UMA connect almost instantly now.

    Very happy camper here!

Okay!! I'm in. Yesterday I traveled around the city and the wifi was connecting instantly to networks. It was cool. Also the internet renders the pages faster and that was the improvement I've noticed within the first hour of using it after the upgrade. Also, my free memory has increased. This is cool!!!

I've been getting Wifi and UMA all over the place even when my laptop won't connect.

I am in agreement that it provides better UMA Connectivity...Might they have boosted the wifi signal strength? All I know is this is the type of performance I expected when I bought the 8320....It's a shame that I had to wait all this time for it to reach a satisfactory level.
