I'm not sure what you're asking. If your currently on .161, or .162 you would have to consider it a downgrade when you run apploader, but it still would be an upgrade. For any other OS, it should be an upgrade. I see you posted .81, why?

i donno if 4.5.0.81 is the latest version out but, thats what i have.

BB manager 5.0 and its saying i cant upgrade.

should i go back to 4.5.0.160?

can you do an OTA OS download? what if I cannot download this to my PC and use through DM? is there another way to do this?

Even if you could, I wouldn't recommend it. You're best bet to having a good running device is to use CrackMem to shrink the OS and give yourself some decent file free memory. The OS you want though is the link below.
