I went to the blackberry.com site to see how to transfer contacts from outlook to bb. The first thing it tells me to do is open desktop mgr then connect bb to computer. Then it says to click "Intellisync" I don't see that optiono anywhere on the opening page of desktop mgr. Am I doing something wrong? Did I install it incorrectly? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!
