OS 4.6 can have up to a 32G SDHC card, but they don't make those yet... a 16G card will work just fine.

I have a couple of dane-elec flash drives and I've never had any problems with them.

Purchase your card from a reliable source and you should not have a problem... newegg and amazon are two very reliable sources as far as I'm concerned.

Isn't there an issue with the class of card regarding video playback? Not sure so I guess this is a yes or no question.

I have a class 2 card and don't have any issue with videos... but the higher the class number the faster the transfer speed of the card... which usually means the more expensive.
