Need some help; I'm BB is showing 3 unread emails but I have read all my emails. Indicator will not disappear. Any thoughts

You tried that... did it work or not?

If not, double check you don't have an unread or missed message in something else than email. Un-hide all your icons and look to see if any of them aren't starred with a new message.

BM gets on led stuck blinking I have to close out of it and wait for someone to msg me again to get rid of it.


A bat pull doesn't even stop it.

I have the same thing with the email icon notification not turning off. I have pulled the battery too, any other suggestions?

go into your inboxes, stay at the top and then select "Mark Prior Opened".

lance_lie - have you tried "show all" to make sure you don't have a message that's not showing up in your message box (i.e. a BB messenger message unread, etc)?

Show all worked. Had emails in a saved folder.

Just had the same problem...it was a "missed call" from a few days ago and I could not figure out why I had "1 message". So, I deleted the missed call and the message indicator went away.
