I just purchased two brand new blackberry 8310 cell phone via wirefly (At&t) and when I received them, they both already had sim cards inside. Secondly, I tried to setup my email which is a gmail email address and I also tried to set up my wifes yahoo email as well on her phone and it will not let me set it up. I then went to at&t blackberry email setup online and it says that the PIN and IMEI numbers are already set up???? Does this mean that these two phones are refurbished phones and wirefly sent me two refurbs as new phones? I need some help! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Assuming your wireless carrier is ATT, call 1-800-331-0500. You'll need to set up a username/pw on Blackberry Internet Service, then you can add/edit e-mail accounts. Takes about 5 minutes. Have your PIN handy. Good luck.
