    I've had the 8900 for a few months. I got a new one due to a water accident (thankfully had the insurance). The new one freezes up on occasion. It's done it web browsing, using MSN messenger, trying to take video, etc. Maybe once every day or every other day.

    Should I call back Asurion and push for a return on this unit? It's only been a week so I think I could do that. But I've reloaded everything and it will be a pain.

    Or do you think it's a software issue that I could fix by reinstalling the OS?

    I know it's an issue because my old unit never ever did this, and I can't live with this.
