I've woke up this morning to a blank white screen on my blackberry 8520 curve.... i feel lost without it!

Does anybody know what i can do to get it working again?

reload the os if a battery pull does not fix it.

It'll be easier to help you if you give us some background knowledge... Did you install anything before you went to bed? Was it on the charger when it stopped working? Ect.

Definitely start with a battery pull... I agree with MobileMadness... If its not that, second step is re-loading the os.

No it wasnt on charge or i hadn't downloaded anything.

It was on the floor though so i imagine it fell from my bed.

Whats the OS? Battery pull?

OS is the operating system your phone is running at. If you"re phone isn't updated, update it. And battery pull is pulling the battery out of your phone while it's on.

I wouldn't be looking for wires at this point. It sounds as if the BlackBerry is nuked. Check out this link for a step by step guide:
