Hey there. okay well i have the curve 8330 and i was told to post here to get info how to update my phone. my bb is a low verison. and i need help to upgrade it and i dont know how. also, i need to upgrade my bb messanger. can anyone help me?

the first part of my write up shows you how to download and update to 4.5.0.131 which you MUST do before upgrading to BBM5.0

once thats done, download the OTA (over the air) link for BBM 5 for the Curve by typing this into your blackberry browser..

the OP has verizon. theres a reason i sent them to my links to OS 4.5.0.131. .169 doesnt work well with the verizon curves. the OS's .16x cause chips and squeals while on a call on the verizon 8330's.

No worries. When I started my post, no one had replied yet. I was wap blind and distracted, so it took me 20 minutes.
