so I do repairs on many electronics and have done blackberries before. But this one particular phone has stomped me. I get the JVM 547 error. so I thought ill just reinstall the os. well the desktop manager failed to do so, it kept hanging up on reconnecting to jvm. well next I thought ill just completely wipe it. so trying to use both JL_cmder and CrackUtil none of them worked. I need to find a way to reinstall the os. I was told by the people who asked for the repair that it just happened one day when they turned it on. I believe if there isn't a hardware issue involved that all software issues can be resolved, you just need to know how to resolve them, so i ask you if you are aware of a way to fix this.
