    and also to BB Desktop Manager V4.6.0.14 and my Curve is unable to find either music nor pictures in my sd 4 gb card. Where does one turn on Mass Storage Device on this new updated Desktop Manager?? Have tried to Sync thru the media options and says I am not connected to the Internet. Spent 90 minutes last night with customer service at TMobile and really want to avoid being on the phone for that long again. Any ideas will be helpful.

    Welcome to CrackBerry.

    Options / Media Card.

    Media Card Support: On
    Encryption Mode: None
    Mass Storage Mode Support : On
    Auto Enable ... : Yes

    These are the default settings. If they are correct, you may have to re-format your media card. Menu / Format Card.

    That will erase everything on the card so you can start fresh.
