I'm using blackberry desktop and i'm trying to install the trial version of BB alerts to my sprint blackberry curve 8330. When I click browse and find the "BlackBerryAlerts.alx" and choose it, an error comes up saying "No addidtional applications designed for your device were found.".
Does anyone know what the problem is? I tried restarting and redownloading the app and it doesn't help.

That message means you do not have a copy of your device OS software installed.

Download and install your carrier supported OS, or a later version you can find in the sticky thread at the top of this forum.
