ok i had this phone for about 3-4 weeks, i fully charged the phone a few hours ago, its dead now, im trying to charge it and it isn't charging,im not an ***** i know how to plug it in, i tried the usb cord in computer and wall charge and it still isn't charging yet i charged it a few hours ago and i pulled the battery out several times i had a medium low battery i have my phone turned off in case of emergencies
Sounds like a bad battery to me based on what you're saying, It does happen. I've had mine replaced twice under warranty. Call your CS at your carrier or take it back to the store you got it from
