    I just got my BB Curve 8330 from verizon and i went to set up my email and it said "Your acount has been suspended. Contact your system administrator" Did this happen to anyone else? What should i do?

    I suspect that occurred because you selected BES instead of BIS for your email support.

    If it did occur during a BIS setup, you will have to contact your carrier to get it set correctly.

    I would start with a call to customer service. They are at the controls of the system.

    If you take it to the storefront, they will have to call customer service to correct the problem anyway.
