    hey guys
    iam new to bb and need a little help
    my phone stuck on error 102 reload software
    and can't do anything else
    can't access phone settings, getting current firmware version, etc
    so after reading some threads in this forum and it was so helpful
    i managed to get some data of my phone here are the data
    screen shot of my problem

    The screen tells you your only option. Reload your OS using the desktop software.
