    I recently updated to .645 and now when I try to open sprint navigation i get the message "Error starting SprintNavigation: Module 'releaseLibSN21' not found."
    any ideas what this could mean or how I can fix it?

    Delete it and reinstall it again. But try a battery pull first.

    tried a battery pull but nothing, I havent been able to find where i can reinstall it since it came on my phone. the telenav website wants me to pay, and i have the simply everything plan so I do not pay for the nav.

    That's one of the pushed apps isn't it? If you remove it from the device, do a battery pull and resend the service books you should be able to install it again.

    Log to BIS (google "sprint blackberry") then go Help, Resend Service Books

    or

    On the phone go, Setup/config/folder with a green engine > Email wizard, login, Menu > Service Books > Send Service books.
