I just updated my Tmobile BB Curve 8310 to OS v4.5.0.81 and after the update i uploaded the BB Javelin and BB Bold themes, i also have the iBerry/bPhone theme. My problem is my MyFaves icon is missing, however its not the themes its jus the OS upgrade itself, the icon just disappeared...
How do I get it back?
Any clue?

allso was this upgrade via T-mobil or did you go directially to BB?

Resend the service books, and also register the device on the network by Options, Advanced, host routing table, meu key, register.

First, scroll over any icon and hit menu>show all. It could be hidden. If not go to your e-mail settings icon>open it>log in and find service books>resend. Lastly, go to options>advanced options>host routing table>hit menu>register now...

its not hidden and i just resent my service books and registered and did a battery pull and nothing?
and its part of my service books...should i go to a tmobile store and see if they can fix it?

Do you have MYFAVS listed in the options menu?

yea...ive done battery pulls...sim card pulls...nothing...

You can still access myfavs and do all that online, however if you still want the icon, and servicebooks, HRT and its not hidden isnt showing up, give tmo a call.

Hope they get it for ya, how about calling them first, they might be able to reset something over the phone? Just a thought..
