I used the AT&T supplied unlock code on my phone yesterday and the phone showed code accepted. I then went to...options, advanced options, sim card.

The only thing that show on the screen are the following"

Sim Card: Security Disabled
ID: (a series of numbers)
Phone Number:
(my actual number)

The only line showing disabled is the one that says Sim Card: Security Disabled

Based on that information, is my phone correctly unlocked?

I believe so. I unlocked both of my phones from AT&T to T-Mobile.
