i recently bought a second hand blackberry, which was locked to orange i got the phone unlocked to any network and i put my virgin sim card in he phone and my blackberry data doesnt work, i can use browser but i cant use messanger or sign into the facebook application, it is very fustrating! any help people?

try sending the service books again to your new blackberry. you'll either have to ask your operator to do this for you or do it yourself if you have access to your operator's blackberry webpage.

Did you call Orange and have the PIN released?

That Is step one! Orange has to release the PIN, then you need to register the PIN on your carrier.

Once you this all your issues should be resolved.

Nope.

If your carrier doesn't support it, then you need to change carriers or change to a contract plan on which they DO support it.
