hi ive been trying to activate my curve 3g on bes but it wont activate for me i keep getting a reply saying The Blackberry enterprise server has not responded to your activation request an error may have occurred then it goes on to say Or a mail client rule. you have not yet been added to the blackberry enterprise server. please either cancel this request and contact your it support team or continue to wait for a response i dont know how to contact my it support team or how to fix this can somebody help me out thank you
BES is only used in a business or corporate environment. If your phone was issued to you by your employer, you may have a BES plan. If not then you likely don't and shouldn't worry about it.
If you are on BES then your IT department will be the one to provide your credentials to activate.
