About a week ago i dropped some wine in my lap and some went onto my phone.

now most of it is working fine accept my scroll button (the one in the middle) will scroll fine (normally) but wont press which is it's other main function.
any advise?

Liquids and smartphones are a bad mix. Odds are, part of the trackpad circuitry has failed, and you are facing a repair, whether you do it or a shop does it is up to you. Meanwhile, you can still select by using the Enter button on the keyboard.
