Usually when I get a new phone I just have the store rep move the settings. Once we got my wife's new phone they said to just use the blackberry software to transfer the settings. I was a little weary since the last time I used that software it was slow. I installed fresh with the later version and did a switch devices. Took about 3 min and everything even the apps were on the new phone. Couldn't be happier!
