    Yeah well I just got home. The mobile network has been going off on me for quite a while now. Gets annoying. I have to turn the connection on manually every 10 minutes! Any ideas on how to fix this or why it is happening? I had 2 bars of bettery left when this started.

    Have you tried a battery pull?

    If it still doesn't work, an OS update (or reload) would probably fix it.

    Also, try calling your carrier, it might be your carrier that having some kind of issue.

    Yeah tried pulling.

    Ah cool. If it keeps on disconnecting I'll reload the OS. And if I reload the OS and its still not fixed, I'll contact my carrier!

    I cannot tell whether you have the 8520 or 8530. If you have the 8530, have you updated your PRL?

    He has the 8520.

    And I didn't know you can't update the PRL if you have the 8520 (or maybe other GSM phones).
