Hi. I have a Sprint BB 8330 and before I broke my other one, I was able to get picture mail with out having to go straight to the sprint picture mail website thing.

How do I get that back? I hate going to their stupid site just to veiw one little picture. Is there a way to get it back?

Go to Options > About and read the first line.

The devices look identical but they run different OS versions.

From your description, you probably had an 8330m before, and now you have an 8330.

Sprint sends mms content directly to the m and the picturemail link to the 8330.

Call sprint and tell them.
It is the phone. So see if they can change your phone.

The OP can look at the bright side.

The 8330 can load the 5.0 os, whereas the 8330m can't. I would bet there are many out there that would be willing to trade the op their 8330m for an 8330 to run 5.0

Actually I have sprint and had a curve 8330 and I got pictures right to my phone.

I have 8330 running OS 5 and have embedded mms. Sends pics and attachments without links or picmail.
