When someone sends me a MMS message instead of it coming right to my 8900 its going to www.mytmobile.com. I get a text from the site telling me to log in to see the picture. I called T-Mobile and the tech had me power off the phone to get "unstuck" from a tower. He had me do a battery pull. Did all that and had someone send me another picture. Same thing. A 333 text from mytmobile.com came. Any ideas?

Try sending an MMS message to yourself. I was having that same issue and tried that and it has worked since then.

I also had this and other issues too not too long ago, and after dealing with BB support for 3+ weeks mine is working fine. But basically they just kept taking my phone off and on the network and sent me service book updates.
