Hi everyone. Just got my BB 9320 and i decided to wipe( it's second hand). After that my system sounds and wallpapers was missing. If I don't insert my memory card that contains some sounds and wallpapers in, the phone can't ring. In the sound menu it appears only All music, All voice notes, All alerts but there's nothing there. Music player is working fine, I have all other sounds except the system. I've tried everything that I read, reset with battery, wipe again. They just didn't appear in the menu. Can somebody help? OS is 7.1

Welcome to CrackBerry! I suggest you do a software reload, and not to shrink the OS like the one you have already had on the second hand device. Let me know if you need help on the how to.

I think I've fixed this problem when I connected my BB with the PC and did some install/uninstall of an unnecessary aplications and languages. After the system reboot (it was still connected with the cable) I heard the sound of the beginning ...couldn't believe...

Anyway, it wil be very useful for me to know how to do a system reload .....if no bother with you. Thanks in advance!
