REMEMBER: If you can't fix it with a hammer, you may have an electrical problem.

Still can't remove the darn thing

I have a 1GB memory card in there (obviously) the one that came with the phone, I want to put my 2GB card in instead. I do have a 4GB but I leant that to my younger sister and the chances of getting that back now are seriously slim! DAMMIITT!

its actually not as hard to remove, try this hold the phone sideways so that card would be facing down to pull it out, push the clip holding it in place to the right and pull card down with other finger

yeah i think the up and down sliding works easier then the left or right for some reason, more leverage i guess

I don't want to force it incase it snaps the memory card or the little clip! Why can't we have the slot like the pearls have?

it wont snap, doesnt your card have a litte bump or ridge on it, use that to help get a good grip so you finger doesnt slid off

Yeah reggie had a thread a while back. I think some of these memory card slots are tighter than others.

    Hey Fob,

are your nails long enough to pull down the little lever on the side then wedge your nail against the little ridge on the card and just push the card to the side (I use my right thumb nail to do this)?

If you seriously can't do it, take it to one of the phone shops and look pathetic, someone there will help you LOL (it bugs them when I do that because they're all aware that I know more about phones than they ever will )

I may do that, I had a conversation with the guy in my local orange store the other day about Blackberry's he knew NOTHING, for example 'Berry's have built in on board memory and the pearls is smaller than the curves, he didn't even know that! Pahaha I love showing them up!
