I want to use this phone as a replacement for my blackberry so I was thinking of getting a 32 GB mirco sd card. Which ones are you guys using and where is the best deal to be found on them?

I think this device maxes at 16gigs, don't quote me on it tho

You can find some deals on cards at newegg.com

I have a tigerdirect store nearby and got a transcend micro sd HC class 6 for 18 bucks, at newegg you can get it for 14.99 free shipping. Its 8 gigs, the 16 gigs run about 30-40 bucks.

^Looks like that 8 GB card is a good deal, I'll probably go with that. I have a 2 GB card right now.

Amazon has pretty good prices on 16G chips, and the price is coming down... I think they were $100 back in November, now they are around $50.

I went with 8 gig. SInce I usually just listen to slacker at the gym and don't really use the music capability of my phone other than the gym, no use for a huge SD card.

The OS supports up to 32GB, but they really are not available yet. I like and recommend Newegg.com.

Bought my 8 gig replacement from newegg today. The transcend class 6. I currently have a class 2 so I'll see how big of a difference it makes.

8GB Sandisk micro SDHC from Amazon for $27. It's suppose to be the same package as what's sold in the store on this site.

I have a 16GB micro SD card in my phone now and all it is allowing is 3.7 GB of memory for it. I am running the .144 software. Do I have to update in order to get the most out of my SD card? I already formatted it and the other funny thing is that my computer cant read it at all. What gives?

I am nt aware that a 32 Gb card is on the market today in microSDHC format using a native 32Gb chip. 4 x *Gb clone cards are there but who wants one of them? Slow, slow, slow

Certainly there are no Class 4 or 6 cards for sale and this is a key point. A BlackBerry can work just fine with a Class 2 card but some reprt smotther vieo with a Class 4 type.

Data transfer to/from the card will be massively improved when connected to a PC and you could save HOURS of time waiting for 32 Gb of music to be copied across.

For more information, check out the link on microSD cards in my signature.

I would only buy from a know vmanufacturer like SanDisk or Kingston Also I woul only buty a Retail Packed device from SanDisk since the Bulk Packaged devices are not warantied by Sandisk. Instead they are warrantied by the Bulk Packager only. Retail Packed devices are warrentied by Sandisk Corp. It costs a bit more but you are covered.

Well upon further investigation! I realized that there was paint on the Micro SD card that I bought off Ebay. So I scraped that off. On top it said Sandisk Micro SD/HC card 16GB. UNDER it is a generic Micro SD/HC card thats ONLY 4GB!!!!!!!! I am so ticked I was raving around the house and the dog was hiding from me. I sent the seller a message telling them that they have one chance to explain their actions and refund my money in full before I contact Ebay and file as many complaints I can against them. I am not going to post the sellers name YET, but I will be if they cant give me a DaM good reason why this happened. Stay tuned for details. I might just go 10-96 on this seller.
