Is there a way to separate and/or modify what actually goes into your Messages folder? I do not like having my emails, texts, and BBMs, in one folder. Does anyone know if/how to modify this sorting method?

Open up the messages folder and click options the general options and go to the sms and emails and change it to separate.

Sorry for such amateur questions---i just went from three years on an iPhone to the Crackberry. Very happy with the move, albeit extremely confused! Thanks again.

And you can set BBM not to appear in the message folder by going to BBM > MenuKey > Options > Show Conversations in Message List = No.

You cannot keep all emails from all accounts from going into the Message box, but some people hide the Message icon after separating the various components.
