Trying to send a MMS message to someone. My husband can send it on his Motorola V551, but I keep receiving this message. Is there a way to reset the size limit? (we are both on the same carrier)

i think i had that same problem... if it is only with pics taken with your phone i would change the resolution to medium. the factory default has it set on large which is too big of a file for the phone to send. or at least thats what ive came up with.

I changed the size of the photos and that solved that problem. Now it is only with MMS messages, as I stated before my husbands simple Motorola can send the MMS but I get this error?

Change the video setting to : options>video format>mms mode

i had the same problem.. Are you sending video?

the only time i got that message was when i was sending a video..

video you can chose video or mms size..

chose mms size.. and it goes clean!
