What is the max amount of recipients you can have to send out a text?

Create a group with the group having 10 members. Create a second group with 10 members and so on. I send out weekly text blasts to 100 or so friends using this method.. Group names of Jokes1 Jokes2 Jokes3, etc...

It does take a few minutes to push them all thru but that's perfectly fine with me.
