I have a blackberry Curve 9300. Everytime the battery drops to about 20%, I get a vibrate alert, which kills the battery more. Is there a way to turn off the vibrate alert when the battery is low?

I only have the led light app that's it.

I don't know that one, but I'm sure that alert isn't genuine BBOS.
Look in the settings of this app. Try to uninstall it and check if the problem still exists afterwards.
I've bebuzz installed, it can also alarm you when the battery runs dry.
